be my guest

about

slightly uncomfortable ode regarding Jo Guest, a regular in 80s and 90s gentlemans' relaxation mags, acknowledging her efforts and those of her colleagues. George Welsh used to call this "the squaddie song" when we were mixing it. Jo did have a column called "Be my guest" in one Paul Raymond publication or another. Apparently.

lyrics

There are some women who get paid to take their clothes off and be photographed. They do it for the squaddies and the prisoners so they won't feel lonely in their trenches and cells. It didn't work, but thanks for trying. Now you can put your clothes back on - be my guest.
