this one's about a year old, and just sort of appeared one night. Recorded round Dave Scott's on 22.2.14, with one handheld mic in front of the guitar (hence the farting noises which are my left thumb squeaking on the guitar neck). inspired by the words of a man in prison, who said he didn't put people on a pedestal, it's just that he was walking "in a trench". I'd like to hear k d lang singing this one. Hint.
